The Power of Testimony

The Power of Testimony

Ps Andre spoke about The Power of Testimony

Testimony is powerful, because – It’s evidence.

You can argue theology, opinion & interpretation, but you can’t argue against someone’s testimony of transformation.

Let the redeemed of the Lord say this – those he redeemed from the hand of the foe. Ps 107:2

Testimony is powerful because – it’s evidence of God moving.

Testimony is powerful, because words are powerful.

When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal.  Or take ships as an example.  Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder whenever the pilot wants to go.  Likewise the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts.  Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark.  James 3:3-5

Words can change atmospheres and attitudes.

Testimony is powerful, because it puts things into perspective.

Start sharing in the middle of the storm.

Turn a test into testimony

A mess into message

A trial into triumph

A victim into victory!

Testimony is powerful, because it’s a pathway for more.

At this I fell at his feet to worship him.  But he said to me, “Do not do it!  I am a fellow-servant with you and with your brothers who hold to the testimony of Jesus.  Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”  Rev 19:10

Share God’s victories loudly they are prophetic!

The testimony of our lives bear witness to the testimony for others.  Wear your testimony like a bear or wolf skin. When you tell your story – you give God the glory.

Your Testimony is not just your story.
